Nutritional therapy focuses on five foundational pillars of health: digestion, blood sugar, fatty acids, hydration, and minerals. These 5 areas are the underlying causes of poor health symptoms. I address these foundations of health by making dietary and lifestyle recommendations with respect for each client's bio-individuality, lifestyle, and preferences. No two protocols I give are ever the same because you are unique. Then, I coach you to follow the protocol and make modifications as needed to help you reach your goals.
