What does a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner do?

Nutritional therapy focuses on five foundational pillars of health: digestion, blood sugar, fatty acids, hydration, and minerals. These 5 areas are the underlying causes of poor health symptoms. I address these foundations of health by making dietary and lifestyle recommendations with respect for each client's bio-individuality, lifestyle, and preferences. No two protocols I give are ever the same because you are unique. Then, I coach you to follow the protocol and make modifications as needed to help you reach your goals. I have worked with clients to heal digestive problems, improve energy and stress management, manage diabetes, lose weight, and manage autoimmune diseases.

Nutritional Therapy

Because each individual is different, the time commitment required is based on your specific health goals and will be determined by me at the time of our initial consultation. The process begins with an initial consultation. First, I will analyze your current diet, any signs and symptoms of health problems, and get a thorough understanding of your current health status. After the initial consultation, I will create a custom protocol of dietary recommendations and possibly supplements. I may recommend functional lab testing such as stool testing and food sensitivity testing to help pin-point the root cause. I will help you address health challenges and transform your lifestyle into one that is healthy and consistent. I want to help you be great, because you deserve it, sis!
